What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Data we collect

Through the invite-request form, we collect the name, work email, organization, corpus scope, and deadline you submit. From the customer portal, we additionally process the PDF documents you upload and any account metadata required to operate the service (job IDs, validation results, billing identifiers).

Why we collect it

Invite-request data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Portal data is used to remediate the documents you submit and produce the validation reports tied to those documents.

How long we keep it

Uploaded PDF binaries and intermediate validation artifacts are retained for 30 days, then auto-purged. Job metadata and validation results are retained per the audit-log retention policy. Account records are retained for the life of the engagement.

Third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data is shared with operational subprocessors (infrastructure, billing) under contract; the subprocessor list is named in the customer agreement.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email privacy contact with the request.
